Use the checklist below to describe the mechanical suspension cable required for your luminaire. The quoted specification should match the cable, end fittings and mounting arrangement in your design.
Cable dimensions: nominal steel wire rope diameter, required tolerance and finished length.
Material and construction: requested steel grade, strand construction and surface finish.
Coating: coating material, colour and finished outside diameter, where required.
End connections: drawings or dimensions for loops, terminals, cable grippers and other mating parts.
Supply format: reel length, cut lengths or an assembled cable, plus required packaging.
Order details: sample quantity, production quantity, destination and target delivery date.
Provide the luminaire weight, number of suspension points, installation arrangement and applicable test requirements. Working load must be established for the complete assembly and its mounting conditions; cable diameter alone does not define a load rating.
