Wire Rope Cable
ASTRO supplies custom cable suspension kits for lighting fixture, signage and display manufacturers. Each kit can combine small-diameter steel wire rope with ceiling attachments, cable grippers, hooks, loops or other end fittings according to the customer drawing.
Send the cable diameter, length, upper and lower connection, required load, quantity and installation details for specification review and quotation.
Small-diameter steel wire rope can be specified within the 1–10mm product range.
Cable length, coating, loops and terminals are defined by the assembly drawing.
Ceiling attachments, cable grippers, hooks and stops can be reviewed as separate kit components.
Samples and production quantities can be quoted with required inspection or test documents.

A suspension kit is a complete assembly rather than one universal product. Cable diameter, gripping mechanism, mounting surface, fitting geometry and installation method all affect suitability. ASTRO reviews these items against the supplied drawing and enquiry details.
Maximum load, CE marking, electrical class, IP rating and other compliance claims depend on the complete product and its intended market. State the destination country and required standard or test report. Availability and scope are confirmed with the quotation.
