Wire Rope Cable
ASTRO supplies ceiling hanging cable for lighting fixture, sign and display system manufacturers. Cable requirements in the 1–10mm diameter range can be reviewed together with grippers, loops, hooks and other end fittings.
Send the suspended item, cable length, attachment method, load requirement and quantity so that the complete suspension assembly can be quoted.
Steel wire rope and suspension hardware are specified as separate components.
Cut length, end fittings and adjustment method can follow the assembly drawing.
Requirements for lighting fixtures, signs and retail displays can be reviewed.
Samples, packaging and production quantities can be included in the quotation.

The suspension cable is steel wire rope. Aluminium, brass or stainless steel may be used for separate grippers and fittings when specified. List the material required for each component in the assembly drawing.
Provide the suspended weight, number of suspension points, required safety factor and test method. The allowable load must be confirmed for the complete assembly, including the cable, terminals, grippers, ceiling attachment and installation conditions.
Send a drawing or list the cable diameter, length, both end connections, suspended item, load requirement, quantity and destination.
Specify any material certificate, dimensional inspection, assembly load test or market-specific documentation required for the finished suspension system. Availability and scope are confirmed with the quotation.
