ASTRO supplies 10mm steel wire rope for OEM assemblies and manufactured products. The strand construction, steel grade, surface condition, length and end fittings are defined by the customer drawing and quotation.
State whether the 10mm dimension refers to bare rope diameter or finished coated diameter.
10mm bare or finished coated diameter can be specified.
Construction is selected against flexibility, bend and load requirements.
Stainless steel, galvanised steel and coated specifications can be reviewed.
Reels, cut lengths and completed assemblies with defined terminals can be quoted.

10mm wire rope can be considered for mechanical assemblies, suspension, restraint and other manufactured products. Lifting, mining, marine, transport, aerospace and other safety-critical uses require a separately confirmed specification, design responsibility and supporting test documentation.
Provide working load, minimum breaking load, safety factor, bend conditions and test method. Values must be confirmed for the quoted construction, steel grade, coating and end termination.
Send the construction, material, coating, length, both end connections, load requirement, quantity and destination.
Specify any material certificate, dimensional inspection or assembly load test required for the 10mm wire rope. Availability and scope are confirmed with the quotation.
